A note from our founder
Hello, I am Aditya. I have a background in technology and have primarily focused on building tech products and companies. Over the past decade, I have built multiple businesses from scratch and generated crores in revenue across various sectors such as education, social networking, hiring, and media.
I stumbled into the real estate sector by pure serendipity. Starting in 2023, I helped some family and friends establish a real estate company that scaled to crores in revenue. This experience exposed me to the systemic issues that currently exist in the real estate market.
Despite the presence of numerous well-funded property tech platforms in India, access to high-ROI real estate investments remains limited to a select few individuals. I noticed that while many new investors, like myself, tend to concentrate on stocks, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and gold, savvy investors allocate a significant portion of their portfolios to real estate investments made at the right time and in the right locations. Real estate serves as an effective hedge for portfolios and is one of the best ways to build long-term generational wealth.
I dedicated several months to understanding these systemic issues in depth and finding solutions for new-age investors like myself. This journey led to the creation of this platform, ReWealth.
